ABG Capital is not a business incubator or venture capital Company, more clearly it is a company that invests in the ideas of passionate people, who we call Idea People. The Idea People ABG Capital is investing in have exhausted every other means of investment opportunities (friends, family, angels, etc.) and they are certain that their idea is innovative enough to continue to pursue it anyway possible.
ABG Capital steps in when these Idea People present their idea with a business plan that is well thought out, with realistic revenue potentials, with actual market research to support a demand in that particular market.
The Idea People ABG Capital wants to invest in are in one of two categories; the Subject Matter Expert (SME) and Operations Expert. The SME has extensive expertise in the sales, marketing, and business development in their market and has the ability to be a visionary and be able to generate responsible revenue. The Operations Expert has the experience in their market to support and manage the internal processes placed on it from the market demands.
ABG Capital takes the ideas and the Idea People and merges them with its stable of experts in Executive Leadership, Business Acumen, Marketing, Legal, HR, Accounting and Engineering to ensure that the now vested company is able to grow smoothly without any delays.
It is imperative that before any company, person or idea is invested in, that ABG Capital performs a through go or no go due diligence process. This will be a vetting process that analyzes the business plan, checks the key marketing points and revenue numbers and ensures that there is clarity and transparency. This will help avoid the pitfalls that have been learned from the past.
Another key point is that ABG Capital does continue to learn from its mistakes and grow or change with the times.
Unlike most venture capital companies that just inject cash into an idea, ABG Capital takes a vested interest in the ideas and Idea People, so ABG Capital is in it for the long haul. Continually making sure that the ideas and Idea People have what it needs to be successful and that they have the proper leadership in place.
